IS Project Intake Process Update

First and foremost, thank you to everyone who has taken the time to submit project requests and follow our project intake process. We greatly appreciate your partnership, patience, and engagement as we work together to support the College’s initiatives and goals.

Over the summer, the Information Services (IS) team has been heavily focused on completing the Campus Web Infrastructure Modernization Project. As a result, portions of our regular project intake and review process were delayed while resources were dedicated to supporting this critical work.

We recognize that some project submitters have been waiting longer than expected for an initial acknowledgement or update regarding their requests. For that, we sincerely apologize and appreciate the grace and understanding that so many of you have extended to our team.

As we return to our normal operating rhythm, we are actively reviewing outstanding submissions and working through our project intake queue. Individuals who have submitted requests and have not yet received an update can expect outreach from our team soon regarding the status of their project, next steps, any additional information needed to move forward.

To ensure all requests are evaluated consistently and prioritized appropriately, IS conducts project intake reviews monthly. This process helps us balance institutional priorities, resource availability, and project complexity while providing the best possible support to our campus community.

Thank you again for your patience, flexibility, and continued partnership. We look forward to connecting with you soon and supporting the important work you are doing across campus.
