Scanning On-Campus

Students, faculty, and staff can scan documents using a variety of devices across campus. The new Canon multipurpose printers, standalone scanners, and a few devices in the Center for New Media Design are available for standard scanning. Specialty format scanning is available for all to use in the Center for New Media Design in the Upjohn Library Commons. There are no fees associated with scanning.

Standard Scanning

Locations

The Canon multipurpose devices are equipped to scan directly to your @kzoo.edu email. These multipurpose devices are located in the following specified areas.

Note: Standalone scanners are available on the second floor of Upjohn Library Commons near the grand staircase and most labs around campus for use by current student, faculty, and staff.

Please select the area you will be scanning to access the appropriate instruction from Canon.

Specialty Format Scanning

Specialty format scanners are available for all to use in the Center for New Media Design in the Upjohn Library Commons. Types of scanners include:

  • Graphic arts scanners, which will scan up to A3+
  • Document scanners

There are no fees associated with scanning.
