Webmail
The Kalamazoo College email system is Microsoft Exchange also known as Webmail or Outlook Web Access (OWA). Webmail provides access to your Exchange email messages, calendar and contact information using only a web browser. Visit the Kalamazoo College Webmail page to log into your account.
Office 365
Don’t have Microsoft products on your laptop or desktop? Not a problem! K students have free access to Office 365 which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Sway, Teams, Stream, and online file storage space in OneDrive. Visit office.com and enter your long form kzoo.edu email address to start using Office 365.
Moodle
Moodle is the course management system where you can access instructor course materials, your grades throughout the quarter, and more. Visit the Kalamazoo College Moodle site to login and see your courses at the beginning of the quarter and View the Student Moodle Quick Guide for more information on enrolling in your classes, submitting assignments and more.
Printing
Kalamazoo College offers standard laser printing, color and large format/poster printing, and 3D printing for current students, faculty, and staff. For more information on printer locations, cost, print credits allotments, and how to set up wireless printing using PaperCut visit the printing page.
Microsoft Teams
Are you in a club or part of a larger effort and interested in file sharing, instant messaging, and meeting through calling or video chat? Look into Microsoft Teams for communicating all in one place!
Microsoft Stream
Microsoft Stream is a secure platform where students, faculty, and staff can upload, view, and share videos within the College. Like other video sharing services you can also like, share, comment, tag timecodes, and more. Computer Labs
Although the computer labs are unavailable at this time certain lab software can still be remotely accessed! Visit the Virtual Access to Computer Lab Software page or watch the Virtual Access to Computer Labs video tutorial to get started.
Hornet Hive
The Hornet Hive is the campus hub for announcements, event listings, and links to campus web resources.
Mobile App
K’s official mobile app includes campus news and events, course information for students, links to department websites, office phone numbers and locations, and more.

The IS website recently underwent a huge reorganization. Based on student feedback from our Spring 2019 usability testing we have made independent troubleshooting a priority. Be sure to first use the IS website if you’re having technical difficulties.
Search Tip : Use the IS Search on the right sidebar (or near the bottom of the page if on a mobile device) to find the information you need faster!

Email Tips : Provide a precise and concise subject line of what you would like solved. Add the steps that you took leading up to the issue and add a screenshot of the issue you’re experiencing.
Call the Help Desk
If you are unable to solve issues with one of your K College accounts you can call the Help Desk at 269.337.5800 between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday. Please note that with the shift to distance learning for the Spring term, the Help Desk may be experiencing a high volume of requests and response times may be longer than usual.
Moodle Support
Are you having issues with Moodle? If so, please inform your professor and they will help direct you from there.
