Web Services is dedicated to ensuring that the Kalamazoo College web presence is maintained at the highest possible levels of quality, usability, and accessibility.

While we work continuously to optimize our WordPress theme and plugins according to best practices, it is the responsibility of individual site content editors to ensure the content they publish meets the following standards:

• Each page must include a title that accurately and concisely reflects the page’s contents.
• Content must be grammatically correct, free of spelling errors, free of broken links to other pages and sites, and factually accurate to the best knowledge of the content editor.
• Content must comply with WCAG2.0 AA requirements for accessibility.
• Content must comply with College branding requirements

Each page is subject to review by Web Services. In some circumstances, Web Services may request changes in the design of a page to better meet the needs of the College. Site content editors are expected to make such changes in a timely manner.
